Objective To study the relations between plasma Leptin, Adiponectin, Insulin, Cortisol, Aldsterone and BMI in simple obese female, also its influence on female obesity and its related chronic disease. Method Leptin, Adiponectin ,Insulin, Cortisol and Aldsterone were tested in 48 obesity females with BMI=23-24. 9kg/m2 and 40 with BMI^25kg/m2 by radioimmunoassay and Immunoradiometric assay. 42 healthy female(BMI=18-22. 9kg/m2) were also tested as control. Pearson Correlation and other statistic methods were used during the data procession. Result The levels of Leptin, Insulin, Cortisol, Aldsterone have lineary postive correlation with BMI in obesity groups, and higher than normal group remarkably (P<0. 01). Meanwhile, the levels of Adiponectin has lineary nagtive correlation with BMI in obesity groups, both parties of the hormones are all showing obvious difference. Conclusion Along with BMI increasing, there are higher insulin and leptin plasma levels in obesity group, whereas lower adiponectin. The relations between the increasing levels of Leptin, Insulin, Cortisol, Aldsterone and decreasing level of adiponectin may answer for part of the etiology of Diabetes, hypertension and nephrosis in obesity.
