Effects Of Orthodontic Treatment And Implant On Malocclusions In The Permanent Dentition With Missing Teeth

The purpose of this study is to deal with orthodontic treatment in Osseo integrated implants patients, to research indications, methods and effect of implants and orthodontic treatment in the permanent dentition with missing teeth. Some guidelines were got for instructions of clinical work. The authors have treated 20 cases of the permanent dentition with missing teeth, Orthodontic preparation for conditions of implant treatment. Totally 20patients were analyzed, of which 9 are males, and the left 11 are females. They are aged from 19 to 34 years old, and the teeth are missing from 1 to 8. They were not treated with implants because of various degrees malocclusions. The authors were treating them with orthodontic treatment in Osseo integrated implants. The processes of treatment were analyzed, influence factors of orthodontic treatment were discussed and the final therapeutic efficacy was evaluated. Results :Among the 20 patients, 4 cases were treated with up righting of tipping molars, the space of missing teeth were redistributed in 3 cases of patients. 3 cases Of the patients were treated with regaining of space for implants, while each 2 cases of them were for intrusion of over erupted molars, relief of anterior cross bite, 3 cases reduction of anterior deep overbite, and the multidisplinary orthodontic treatment respectively. Two cases were treated with paralleling of the root of adjacent teeth, one case was treated with combination orthodontic treatment and the Osseo integrated implants were used as the orthodontic anchorage in two cases. The effects of 20 cases the permanent dentition with missing teeth were very satisfied . Conclusion :The implant and orthodontic treatment in the permanent dentition with missing teeth can get the most aesthetic and stable orthodontic treatment. It is keys to grasp each processes of the Osseo integrated implants and orthodontic treatment for success. Orthodontic treatment for implant logy is peculiar and different from traditional treatment, which can create good conditions for implants rehabilitations. Therefore, implant logy is gradually in treated into orthodontic treatment concepts.
