Methods Animal choice complex-breeded dog We compared the histological structures of the bone tissue before the surgery and after the surgery of treating the avascular necrosis of the head of the femur by trauma and the obsolete neck fracture of the femur Clinical follow-ups 67 patinets of the avascular necrosis of the head of the femur by trauma and the obsolete neck fracture of the femur Results During the animal experiment, the Rstological structure of the surgical group in treating the obsolete neck fracture of the femur showed the trabecular struts tightly-packed with lamellae running parallel to the trabeculae, while in the non-surgical group the trabecular struts are scarely-packed like a dead bone The histological structure of the surgical group in treating the avascular necrosis of the head of the femur by trauma shows lamellar osteonsighly organized in mineralized plates, forming the lacuna with vascular nutrition and a lot of osteocytes , while the control group showed dead bone structure .During the clinical follow-upa statistica 82% of successful Qmtment rate shows effective .Conclusion The vascular anastomosis and fibula autograft surgical technics could be used in treating the avascular necrosis of the head of the femur by trauma and the obsolete neck fracture of the femur.
