Objective:To study the mechanism of injection salviae miltiorrhiza for treatment of the femur head necrosis induced by cortisone .Methods:30 rabbits were divided into control group ,model group, treat group, compound injection salviae miltiorrhiza was injected into the femur head of the treat group after model created successfully. The hemorrheology and the number of empty lacuna in the femoral head were mensurated and observed after six weeks. Results:The leave of η bH, η bM, η bL, η p,VAI,HCT,Fg,IR and the number of empty lacuna in treat group were lower than those of model group(P<0.05). The leave of η m, η bM, η bL, η p,VAI,HCT,Fg,IR and the number of empty lacuna in model were obviously higher than control group(P<0.01).There was signifiance in the leave of η bH, η bM, η bL, η p,VAI,HCT,Fg,IR and the number of empty lacuna between treat group and control group(P<0.05). The leave of TK in treat group were higher than that of model group(P<0.05). The leave of TK in model were lower than control group(P0.01). There was signifiance in the leave of TK between treat group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound injection salviae miltiorrhiza injected into the femur head to treat the femur head necrosis induced by cortisone has apparent effect. |
