Experimental Study On The Compatibility Of Medicine Of Ermiao Powder

With the emergence, growing, and development of traditional Chinese medicine, the theory of compatibility of medicine has experienced a period of long and complicated time. The prescription is a complex system, syndrome differentiation and therapeutic nethod being its premise, the theory of medicinal property being its oundation, the principle of monarch, minister, assistant and guide eing its frame and the compatibility of seven emotions, taste and nutual causality between ascending and descending being its main ontcnt.Utilizing modern scientific method to study the compatibilityf medicine and to clarify its nature is the key problem ofcdernization of prescriptions. Many attempts had been made fromifferent aspects such as pharmacology, medicine chemistry and son and obtained sufficient achievements. It's necessary for modernudy of compatibility to choose some small and accuraterescriptions to probe into its essence of compatibility. By usingsic prescription of clearing away heat and drying dampness-eriao powder as object of study, choosing index of inflammation andmunization and observing the influence of it, this article attemptsclarify the nature of compatibility of er miao powder and providecory for the study of downward flow of damp-heat syndrome. Theperimental results indicate that different compatibility of Cortexellodendri and Rhizome Atractylodes can restrain the acute periodindistinctive inflammation and the compatibility of the two herbsn enhance its effect. The results of AA indicate that thempatibility of the two herbs can restrain primitive pathology and mechanism probably relates to its enhancing the ability ofanti-oxidizing, clearing away excess LPO and NO, and reducing the damage of OFR. the effects of er miao powder on the above index show that syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat is probably in relationship with some inflammation and abnormal immunoreactions.
