The Diagnosis And Cure In Incident Tumor Of Kidney

Sufficient utilization of imaging and evaluate the operation to rise the preoperative diagnosisand and cure rate of inincident tumor in kidney.Method66 cases of imaging diagnosis in incident tumor of kidney were reviewed.ResultRenal carcinoma 36 cases, 26 were diagnosed correctly by B-ultrasonography, the rate of diagnosis is 72.2%;32 were diagnosed correctly by CT, the rate of diagnosis is 88.9%. 6were diagnosed by pathology. Radical nephrectomy 30; nephrectomy 6. 24 harmatoma of the kidney, 6 renal cyst.ConclusionThe diognosis is the point in incident tumor treatment, imaging are the most important , particularly prevent the missed diagnosis of renal carcinoma. The suspected case should be checked with frozen sections to increase the rate of cure, the choice of operation should be determined by special case.
