Study On The Quality Of Fhizoma Chuanxiong And Fructus Hippophae Based On Fingerprinting Of Genuine Chinese Medicine Materials And Stechiometry

The genuine Chinese medicine materials are the special sinitic appellation for traditional and top-quality Chinese medicine materials in special producing area. By associating with the characteristic meaning of genuine Chinese medicine materials and the fingerprinting of TCM, the article explored the concept of fingerprinting of genuine Chinese medicine materials. Based on the traditional usage and the genuine quality of TCM, the article established characteristic fingerprinting of indigenous Chinese medicine materials to search the pharmacodynamic material basis, by choosing the representational community and applying of the stechiometry.Accord to the above, the article studied the method and system of fingerprinting of two Chinese medicine, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Fructus Hippophae associating with stechiometry.Fingerprinting of genuine Rhizoma Chuanxiong: associating with the search of "Good Agricultural Practice of Rhizoma Chuanxiong", the experiment established the fingerprinting of extraction of methanol and water. By analysis of stechiometry, such as hierarchical cluster and principal component analysis, a conclusion has been drawn that the material basis of genuine Rhizoma Chuanxiong have a positive correlation with the quantity of the secondary metabolism ,in the extraction of methanol. hi addition, the time of store had a great influence on the quality of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Fingerprinting of Fructus Hippophae:The experiment established a fingerprinting of total fiavonoids of wild Fructus Hippophae and raw material and preparation, applied the method of fingerprinting of genuine TCM. The pharmacodynamic material basis has been analysed by applying of the similarity arithmetic and the principal component analysis.According to the above experiments, the article emphasized the key points of the fingerprinting of genuine Chinese medicine materials are the choose of the representational community and the applying of the stechiometry and the experiments of pharmacodynamics. The fingerprinting of genuine Chinese medicine materials to be thought was a practicable way to study the genuine TCM.
