The Study Of Lingnan TCM Materials' Medicine Based On Patent Retrieval Method

Objective1.The research,which was based on the regulaiton about adminstrating TCM materials in Lingnan area carried out in March,2017,had elaborated the significance of patent information analysis in Lingnan TCM materials' medicinal industry.2.Select patchouli and pummelo peel as samples,the research had analyzed the situations of medicinal patents which used them as materials,and summarized the technological informations,market and law inforamtions.3.Based on the inforamtions of analyzed results,the research had found some problems of Lingnan TCM materials' medicinal industry.Moreover,the research had made suggestions to the development of Lingnan TCM materials' medicinal industry,which suggestions were connected with patent-search,law,policy and technical concern.Method1.Literature Analysis: Searching and collecting the literature about the development of Lingnan TCM materials' industry in China biomedical literature database,VIP database,CNKI database and Wanfang database.Searching Ovid LWW,Springer Link and other full text foreign language journals database,which aimed at collecting the literatures related to patent inforamtion analysis.After reading these literatures,the situation of Lingnan TCM materials' medicinal industry could be well-known.2.Patent-Searching: Based on the real time statistical system of the patent of strategic emerging industries in Guangdong,the research had collected patent data related to the theme of research and flitered some repeated patents.Meanwhile,the research had downloaded these full text patents.3.Patent Retrieval Method: the research would applied the index which were normally used in patent retrieval methods,in order to analyze the informations of market,law,technology of patchouli and pummelo peel medicines through patents(The system of patent retrieval methods were mainly seperated into three parts:basic facts of patent;main patent-applicants and technology in patents).4.Statistical Analysis: Using the function of basic patent analysis in the real time statistical system of the patent of strategic emerging industries in Guangdong to have a simple statistical analysis to patchouli and pummelo peel medical patents;using SPSS 19.0 to have a linenar-regression analysis for the technical tendency of patchouli and pummelo peel medicinal patents.ResultsBy analyzing patent informaitons,the problems had been showed in Lingnan TCM materials' medicinal industry as follows:Firstly,compared to other famous TCM materials,the number of patent applicants of Lingnan TCM materials' medicines were not enough,the ratio of application in Guangdong was low;secondly,the number of co-operation patents were not enough,the special laws on indusrty-university-research collaboration were in absence;thirdly,the success rate of drug patent authorization is lower than the average apply for regional centralization,and the main applicants in Guangdong are not dominant;fifthly,the attention of planting and cultivation technology is too concerned and lack of sustainable concept;sixthly,the practical application of drug preparation and the lack of a wider range of Chinese medicinal materials in south of the Five Ridges.ConclusionFirstly,pay attention to patent warning and patent information retrieval skills training;secondly,pay attention to the formulation of the patent examination guide of Chinese medicine,perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of the contract among industry-university-research collaboration,building the patent Center for production,learning and research;thirdly,supporting the expansion of the brand and reputation of Chinese medicinal materials in the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing industry in south of the Five Ridges;fourthly,increase the policy and financial support for the development of Chinese medicinal plants in south of the Five Ridges,encourage the study of traditional Chinese medicine in south of the Five Ridges;fifthly,the planting technology adheres to the concept of sustainable planting,the preparation of medicine and the extract of Chinese medicinal materials in south of the Five Ridges adheres to practicability.
