To Establish Model Of Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome In SD Rat And Study It's Control Of Quality

Objective To establish Heart-Qi Deficiency Syndrome (HQDS) model in SD rat by complex factors including exhausted exercise - forced running or load-carrying swim, slimming and large dosage of propanolol , and explore it's control of quality.Methods Every rat in experiment group was forced to load-carrying swim (or run) with slimming until exhausted every day. From the 21st day, animals were ig propanolol of 24mg/Kg and lasted for 4 days. Then, ig Renshen liquid for 7 days to rats of disproof group.Results Comparing with the control group, the indexes of rats in model group were changed significantly: both contractive and diastolic function of heart were depressed, immunologic function was restrained, ANF secretion was increased, SOD activity was decreased and MDA was increased, which was coincident with characteristic of HQDS in clinic.Coclusion By controling the experimental quality, it is feasible to establish the model of HQDS in SD rat by adopting the method of exhausted exercise with slimming and large dosage of propanolol.
