Many clinical and epidemic data prove that human beings are more susceptible in variable infectious diseases in their embryonic period or early infancy than in their childhood, and to different sex, there are some different reaction. There is some relationship with the repressing function of immunity resulted from sex hormone in the infectious disease. So far, there are some debates in the differences' exsiting that the testosterone and estradiol exposed to the infectious toxoplasma goedii all over theworld, and the report on it is also very Iminted in our China. The study on toxoplasma gondii' s influences both on affected forces from macrophage and the cell gene secreted from macrophage, even the differences between them under the thick physiology degree of estradiol and the direct function of testosterone, All this will offer new experimental basis for further explanation to how hermeneutic sex hormone is affected the response of body.Experiment Methods: Foster the Ana-1 in vitro, experimental set 1 activate 24h with testosterone and the thick degree of it is InM at last, Experimental set 2 use the estradiol to activate 24h and reach the thick degree of InM finally, by using the same volume alcohol without water (the final thick degree is 0.1%), contrasted set use 10 times thick of degree of correspondent retarded, and establish the blank to check against, according to the macrophage: macrophage infected infect toxoplasma gondii by 1:10, Giemasa-Switzerland dye, observe infection rate at different periods (3h, 9h, 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h, 72h), infected level, and measure the amount of pure fostered liquid inside IL-8, TNF-a and IFN-r.Result: After testosterone and estradiol respectively act on macrophage directly, infected toxoplasma breed very quickly. Both the tendency and the level of infection are increased with time passing by. After the same period of being infected, the estradiol experiment group is higher than the testosterone experiment group. Compared the experimentgroup with the contrast group, the two groups also have discrepancy(p<0. 05). The quantity of IL-8 and IFN-Y that secreted by macrophage is all increased .With the time passing by, the quantity is also increased. After the same period of being infected, the quantity of testosterone experiment group is higher than the quantity of the estradiol experiment group. Compared the experiment groups with the contrast group , there is obvious discrepancy(p<0. 05). The quantity of TNF-a that secreted by macrophage has nothing to do with time. Compared the experiment group with the contrast group, there is no meaning in statistics although there is obvious discrepancy (p<0.05) between the experiment group and the contrast group. Conclusion: After testosterone and estradiol respectively act on macrophage directly, infected tosoplasma breed very quickly, they all weaken the ability of immunity of macrophage obviously with time passing by after being infected. After the same period of being infected, the infected level and the infected ratio between the two experiment groups, testradiol is obviously higher than the testoaterone. The volume of both TL-8 and LFN- y secreted by macrophage is increased according to the time passing by after being infected. After the same period of being infected, the infected level and ratio between the two experiment groups , the group of estradiol is lower than the group of testosterone. After the same period of being infected between the two experiment groups, the quantity of TNF-a secreted by the experiment group of estradiol is lower than that secreted by theexperiment group of testosterone, and it has not any obvious relationship with the time when it be infected.
