| Congestive heart-failure (CHF) threatens human' s health seriously, it's the last period of all kinds of cardiac diseases. Its pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. In experimental study, the model rats were built by injecting adriamycin. The experiments were carried out about the effects on hemodynamics, neuroendocrinology and myocardium remodeling. We put forward the supplementing qi and warming yang, removing blood stasis and diuresis as the method to cure CHF, and draw a conclusion on the function of Xin Shuai He Ji.Experimental results: Xin Shuai He Ji can ameliorate cardiac function,adjust neuroendocrinology farily, and have a good influence to myocardium remodeling. In the curative group, left ventricle cells are less edema and pachynsis, lining orderly and inflaminating slightly; micrangiums of liver dilate and stagate both in low-grade, degenerative and dead cells are shortened; and pulmonary interstitial edema has been improved. From the above, we can see that Xin Shuai He Ji is an effective formula to cure CHF.
