| Objectives:To study the effects of Yiyanling guanule on rats models of acute edematous pancreatitis and its mechanisms Method: choose 48 healthy Wistar rats and divide them into 4 groups randomly. After acute edematous pancreatitis has been induced, observing Yixianling Granules influences on amylase in blood serum and urinal, blood serum lipase, blood plasma MDA, red blood cells SOD, the apoptosis of and Ca2+ level in acinar cells of acute pancreatitis rats Result: Yiyanling Granules can obviously decrease the amylase in urine and serum lipase in blood serumlevel of blood plasma and urine, decrease the MDA level of blood plasma, improve red blood cells SOD activity, increase the apoptosis and lower Ca2+ level in acinar cells of acute pancreatitis rats Conclusion: Yixianling Granules can inhibit the transformation from acute edematous pancreatitis to acute Necrotizing pancreatitis of rats by inhibiting the pancreatic enzymes activity, bettering the balance of Oxygen free radical metabolism, increasing the apoptosis speed of damaged pancreas acinar cells, lowering the CaJt concentration in pancreas acinar cells, etc. Yixialing Granules has an obvious healing effect on acute edematous pancreatitis rat models and plays an positive role on stabilizing and controlling symptoms.
