Objective:To compare the Open by the intervertebral foramen intervertebral fusion (Open TLIF) and under the Quadrant minimally invasive system by the intervertebral foramen intervertebral fusion (Mini-TLIF) in the treatment of lumbar olisthe disease indicators of surgery and postoperative function improvement, evaluation using the Quadrant minimally invasive system for the treatment of lumbar olisthe disease clinical curative effect. Methods:This was a retrospective review of collected data.Between Were retrospectively analyzed from July 2010 to July 2010, surgery between 67 cases with complete medical records and follow-up data of single segment grade Ⅰ or grade Ⅱ lumbar olisthe disease patients (34 cases traditional open surgery,33 cases minimally invasive surgery). Patients with perioperative data collected, including incision length, blood loss, operative time and postoperative exercise time, etc.;Collect all of the patients at different time (preoperative and postoperative 2 weeks,2 months,12 months and 24 months) of VAS score and ODI scores, between group and group in different time points compared analysis.Result:Two groups of patients with preoperative baseline data by statistical analysis results showed that there was no significant difference. Minimally invasive incision length (4.07+/-0.27 cm), intraoperative blood loss (203.76+ /-26.31 ml), had the flow rate (96.65+/-18.33 ml), postoperative bed activity time (6.43+/-1.90 d) are less (short) than the length of the open group incision (10.33+/-1.33 cm), intraoperative blood loss (281.36+/-42.49 ml), had the flow rate (179.85+/-22.95 ml), postoperative exercise time (10.28+/-2.31 d), differences between the two groups had significant statistical significance (P< 0.01). Short operation time at open group (160.75+12.40) and minimally invasive group (169.75+/-11.39), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Minimally invasive group of postoperative VAS and ODI score at 2 weeks in February, respectively (2.65+/-0.67), (2.00-0.79), better than the open group (23.80+/-3.85), (13.55-2.24), the difference between the two groups has significant statistical significance (P< 0.01).On 24 December, preoperative and postoperative VAS and ODI scores in both groups had no significant difference. Conclusion:The transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion operation by Quadrant system to treat the patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis is more simple and efficient than open TILF. It has advantages in the blood loss, length of cut, postoperative bedrid time and the short-term postoperative pain.Provided strictly master the operation indications,it is worth to be promoted.
