Objective The aim of current research is to explore the relationship among the apo A, apo B, other correlative lipid ,antithrombin in, plasminogen, fibrin levels of coronary artery disease of unstable angina; and to understand the affections of these indexes on the unstable angina so that the coronary artery disease can be prevented and cured early. Methods 173 patients done by coronary arteriography were divided into three groups: 136 cases with unstable angina in the non-controlled group, more than 70% of them with at least single-coronary artery stenosis; 65 cases with single-vascular disease, 71 cases with two- or three-vascular disease. 37 cases in the controlled group with or without some risk factors of coronary artery disease and (electrocardiogram and coronary arteriography were normal.). All patients were under the low-fat diet and no drinking. Serum lipids(TC, TG, apoA I, apoB, apoB/apoA), AT-m,plasminogen,fibrin, in three groups were detected and compared. Results The results indicated that there were significant differences (p<0.05) among the apo B,apo B/apoA, TG, TC,antithrombinin,, fibrin in the three groups and the higher level of the apoB,apo B/apo A, TG, TC, ,antithrombinin, fibrin, the more serious of the coronary artery disease. There were no significant differences between theapo A and plasminogen in the groups. Hie positive correlation was found between the apo B and coronary artery score; apo B/apo A and coronary artery stenosis score; TG.plasminogen and coronary artery stenosis score (p=0.05). There was a negative correlation between the apo AI and the coronary artery stenosis score. Conclusions The above results suggest that the high level of apo B, apo B/apo Awould be one of the main risk factors resulted in the coronary hear disease (CHD) and be related to the degree of coronary artery lesion. These results also may explain some characters of the unstable angina in the aspects of its pathology and biochemistry. SmokingJiipertention and DA are risk factors for CHD.
