Objectives:To observe the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and coronary angiography in patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with hypertension, and to analyze the relationship between TCM syndromes and the degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with hypertension, and to provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of unstable angina pectoris complicated with hypertension. Methods: 180 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris who underwent coronary angiography from September 2017 to December 2018 in Rizhao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected, including 132 patients with hypertension and 48 patients with non-hypertension.The general information of the patients was collected, and the clinical information was collected and diagnosed according to the four diagnostics of TCM.The clinical auxiliary examination and coronary angiography results were collected at admission.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software. Results: 1.The TCM syndrome type of hypertension group is mainly caused by blood stasis and blood stasis syndrome. The non-hypertension group is mainly caused by heart and blood stasis syndrome. The syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are more serious in the two groups.2.The relationship between TCM syndromes and coronary artery lesions in the hypertension group:single-vessel disease is mainly caused by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,double-vessel and three-vessel disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome Mainly.Mild and severe stenosis is mainly caused by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and heart and blood stasis syndrome.Moderate stenosis is mainly caused by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and qi and yin deficiency syndrome. The TCM syndrome type and the Gensini score were statistically different(P<0.05),from large to small, followed by yang qi deficiency syndrome> yin stagnation syndrome> phlegm block heart pulse syndrome> Xinxue stagnation syndrome> Xinshen yin deficiency syndrome> Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome> Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome> Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion:TCM syndromes of patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with hypertension are mainly caused by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and are closely related to cardio-resistance syndrome and Qi-yin deficiency syndrome. There is a correlation between TCM syndromes of unstable angina and hypertension and Gensini score.
