Clinical Analysis For SLE In Different Nationality

Object: To investigate the incidence, clinical characte4istics, laboratory indicators of Uriguis nationality with SLE. Methods: A retrospective survey was made on 78 Uriguis nationality with SLE.compare the clinical characteristic and laboratory indicators with 307 Han nationality with SLE. Result: male patient with SLE is more than Han nationality patient; The prevalence of anti-dsDNA and ANCA antibody in wuzu was significant higher than that in Han nationality patients;The levels complement C₃ was lower than in that Han nationality patients. ConclusiomMale lupus patients is more in wuzu patients with SLE; The pattern of autoantibody is abnormality in wuzu patients with SLE, especially in the prevalence of anti-dsDNA, ANCA antibody and the low serum C₃ levels. The state of wuzu patients with SLE is more activitier; The therapeutics in time has good prognosi.
