Objective: By producing various kinds of antibodies, the SLE had been classified asthe autoimmune diseases with immunological characteristics. It could implicatemultiple organs and lead to various clinical manifestations. It was really easy to bemisdiagnosed by the untypical performance of disease in the early stage. In recentyears, finding from the research of the World Medical Organization, there was a hugerelation between the disease incidence and the race of the patients which points tothose group of people who shared the same physical genetic characteristics. Todiscuss and reach about whether there were any differences among differentnationalities in the clinic characters of the SLE, to provide theoretical foundation tothe clinic research and analysis of the SLE and to prefect the SLE research thenimprove the prognosis of the patients, the clinic data of patients from differentnationalities were reviewed and analyzed. Methods: The SLE patients were divided into3groups which were Man, Meng andHan nationalities group. Then the differences in the urine occult blood (BLD), theurine protein,(PRO), the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP), white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), platelet(PLT), immunoglobulinG (IgG), immunoglobulinA,(IgA), immunoglobulinM,(IgM),C3, C4, anti-ds-DNA, anti-SSA, anti-SSB, anti-Sm, anti-RNP, the24hours urineprotein quantitative and etc. between different nationality groups analyzed.Results:1)In each group, the incidence of male patients was significantly lower thanfemale, without statistical significance. The incidence of kidney disease of the ManSLE patients and Meng SLE patients was higher than the han nationality, thedifference was statistically significant, There were no statistically significant differences in other clinical manifestations. The various clinical manifestations of theMan SLE patients and Meng SLE patients was with no statistically significantdifferences.2) There were no statistical significant differences in ESR, CRP, WBC,RBC, HGB, PLT, MCH, MCV indexes between the Man SLE patients and the Hannationality SLE patients. There were no statistical significant difference in ESR,CRP,WBC,RBC, HGB, PLT, MCH, MCV indexes between the Meng SLE patientsand the Han SLE patients. There were no statistical significant difference in ESR, CRP,WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, MCH, MCV index between the Man SLE patients and theMeng SLE ptients.3) The indexes of the BLD, PRO, RBC and the24hours urineprotein quantitative of the Man were much higher than those of the Han, there werestatistical significant differences, but the difference in WBC between two groups wasno significant. The indexes of the BLD, PRO, RBC and the24hours urine proteinquantitative of the Meng were much higher than those of the Han, there werestatistical significant differences, but the difference in WBC between two groups wasno significant. The differences in BLD, PRO, RBC and the24hours urine proteinquantitative between Meng SLE patients and Man SLE patients were statisticalsignificant.4) The anti-SSB, anti-Sm of the Man were much higher than those of Han controlgroup, there were statistical significant differences. Its anti-ds-DNA was much lowerthan those of Han control group, there were statistical significant differences. Therewere no significant differences in the anti-nuclesome, anti-SSA, anti-RNP, anti-histone,homogeneous type, homogeneous type and grain type. There were statisticalsignificance differences in the anti-SSA and anti-Sm, between Meng and Han SLEpatients. And so did the ds-DNA. While there were no significant differences inanti-nucleosome, anti-SSB, anti-RNP, anti-histone, anti-Jo-1, homogeneous type andthe grain type. There was no statistical significance difference in ANAs between theMeng SLE patients and Man SLE patients.5) There were no statistical differences inIgA, IgG, IgM, C3and C4between the Man SLE patients and Han SLE patientscontrol group. There were no statistical differences in the IgA, IgG, IgM, C3and C4 between the Meng SLE patients and Han SLE patients control group. There were nostatistical differences in the IgA, IgG, IgM, C3and C4between the Man SLE patientsand Meng SLE patients group.6) The ACA of the Man SLE patients was higher thanthat of Han SLE patients, while there was no differences in ANCA. The ACA of MengSLE patients was higher than that of Han SLE, while there was no difference inANCA. The ACA of the Man SLE patients was higher than that of Meng SLE, whilethere was no difference in ANCA.Conclsuions:1. The incidence of kidney disease between the Man SLE patients andMeng SLE patients is higher than that of Han nationality;Positive rates of BLD, PRO,RBC,24hours urine protein quantitative in Man and Meng SLE patients are higherthan those of Han SLE patients.2. Positive rates of the SSB and anti-Sm in Man SLEpatients are higher, but anti ds-DNA is lower than those of Han SLE patients. Thepositive rates of anti-SSA and anti-Sm in Meng SLE patients are higher, but theanti-ds-DNA and the homogeneous type are lower than those of Han SLE patients.3.Positive rate of the ACA antibody is higher than that of Han SLE patients.
