Objective: Exploring the classification and pathogenesis of lunated dislocation in order to have a right diagnosis in time. Clinical material: Patient male 49 years old, left hand was wrung by machine carpns was swollen companied with ache and unfunction for four days. X-ray displayed lunare sited on the lateral side of styloid process of radium which was comminuted fracture lunare relocated during operation while the styloid process of radium relocated and fixed by kirschner wire, carpus in plaster for 6 weeks. Result: X-ray of three moths later displaned mildly decreasing of bone mineral density integral surface of lunare, but have no any clinical symptoms such as pain cell etc. Conclusion: Lunated lateral dislocation is uncommon, Clinical symtom is not typical easy to confused with other types of lateral dislocatin. It is difficute to relocate with hand, Bette to do it during operation long term of follow-up is needed for this type of lunated lateral dislocation.
