The Clinical Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Mediopatellar Lateral Retinaculum Release In Treating Recurrent Patellar Dislocation

Objective: Evaluation of traditional C hinese medicine combined with mediopatellar lateral retinaculum loose solution treatment the clinical curative effect of recurrent patellar dislocation.Methods: C linical orthopaedics hospital orthopedics clinical medical center in gansu province, collect caused by trauma, 36 patients with recurrent patellar dislocation, will patients according to random number table method were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 18 cases in each group.Control group using the medial patellar retinaculum contraction joint of the lateral retinaculum release technique, postoperative function recovery of knee joint of exercise, the treat ment group in the control group therapy postoperatively on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine internal and packet topical treatment and traditional C hinese medicine.Compared the two groups before treatment and after treatment for 3 months with lateral patella knee Lysholm scale and rate of offshoring.Results: Cases were included in 36 cases, shedding 0 cases, treatment group(P > 0.05) compared with control group of gender, age, compare(P > 0.05), the comparison of the course of the disease(P > 0.05), treatment group and control group before the treatment of knee joint offshoring Lysholm scale and patellar rate(P >0.05); Control group in preoperative and postoperative 3 months of the knee joint offshoring Lysholm scale and patellar rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Preoperative and postoperative treatment group 3 months of the knee joint offshoring Lysholm scale and patellar rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The control group and treatment group 3 months after knee joint Lysholm score was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The control group and treatment group after 3 months of patellar outflow rate is not significant(P > 0.05). The control group and treatment group did not occur around the knee joint blood vessels, nerves, ligament injuries and complications such as knee rigidity.Conclusion:1. The medial patellar retinaculum tightening the lateral retinaculum release technique can effectively improve the symptoms of recurrent patellar dislocation and dysfunction, and offshoring patella can be effectively treated.2. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with patella medial lateral retinaculum release technique in improving symptoms of recurrent patellar dislocation and dysfunction of the curative effect is superior to the simple use of patella with medial lateral retinaculum release, the curative effect of offshoring for treatment of patella and simple use of patella medial retinaculum tightening the curative effect of the lateral retinaculum release technique.3. The traditional C hinese medicine combined with patella medial lateral retinaculum release is one of the effective method of treatment to treat recurrent patellar take off.4. Traditional C hinese medicine(TCM) for recurrent patellar dislocation of patella offshoring has no obvious curative effect.
