The study took ischemia necrosis of femoral head in clinical Ficat II phase for clinical observing object, and had an intracavitary injection of hip-joint with Huo Gu injectionwhich has the function of promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in channels, removing blood stasis and generating new bone. The study has an observation of the effect on the changes of physical signs, X-ray and CT signs. The results of clinical observation indicate that Huo Gu injection has the following effects:1. It can improve the blood moving and pain symptoms in hip-joint. 2.It can improve hip-joint function (scope of joint activities, function of weigh carrying and walking ect). 3.X-ray and CT show that bone frabecula strips were improved or almost normal. The above conclusion show to a certain extent that intracavitary injection of hip-joint with Huo Gu injection has a good thevapeutic action on femoral head in the clinical II phase. It can not only improve the blood circulation in hip-joint, but also promote the formation of new bone in necrotic area ( Huo Gu injection is illustrated by experimental study on animal and pharmacodynamics experiment in earlier stayes that it can improve the blood moving in femoralhead, promote the capillary regeneration, inhibit the thrombosis and promote osteoblast regeneration ) It can treat ischemia necrosis of femoral head in essence. This article has an objective analysis and conclusion about above-mentioned clinical observation, which provide theoretical basis on clinical application of Huo gu injection on treating ischemia necrosis of femoral head.
