| Objiective: To investigate apoptosis of hepatocytes in the early phase of rat liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and the influence of L-arginine and N-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester on it to search for a pathway to alleviate early ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: We observed the blood serum enzymes, pathological histology and apoptosis stained by immunohistochemistry of ischemia group(I group), ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R group), L-arginine reperfusion group(LA group) and N-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester reperfusion group(LN group), after established the model of early rat liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. Results: 1, Apoptosis of hepatocytes of I/R group is obviously higher than that of I group and apoptosis of LA group is obviously lower than that of I/R group and LN group. 2, the blood serum enzymes of I/R group is obviously higher than that of ischemia group, and the serum enzymes of LA group is obviously lower than that of I/R group and LN group. 3, the pathological injury of I/R group is obviously more severe than that of ischemia group, and pathological injury of LA group is obviously less severe than that of I/R group and LN group. The injury of LN group is the most severe .Conclusions: Apoptosis of hepatocytes is obviously existence in the rat liver during early ischemia-reperfusion injury and is the result and form of I/R injury. L-arginine reperfusion can obviously decrease the number of apoptosis of hepatocytes in the rat liver during early ischemia-reperfusion injury, relieve the degree of I/R injury. In addition, L-arginine may ameliorate the microciculation of digestive tract to prevent and cure the lesion of bowel from early liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
