Experimental Study About Hemodynamics Correlation Of Masoplasia And Liver-depression And Blood-stasis Symptom

OBJECTI VE:Litili/ing symptoms and signs of illness combined with moulding (SSCM)to study the effect that Runing Decoction (RND)affect microcircul-ation and Angiogenesis of masoplasia and liver-depression and blood-stasis symptom(LBS), and study the mechanism that the TCM treat masoplasia. METHODS:we use 9, 10-DIMETHYL-1, 2BENZ-ANTHRACENE to induce rat masoplasia and gird cangue on mouse s neck to mould LBS. RND is used in treating groups,pingxiaopian and tamoxifen are used in control groups, then monitor the changes of pathomorphology, hemodynamics, hemorheology, MVD and VEGF-A. RESULTS:RND can decrease blood viscosity and VEGF-A expression, increase blood flow and flow velocity of mi crocirculation and electrophoresis index of erythrocyte, and has a better depresssing affect on MVU and pathomorphology than other control groups.Pathomorphologic-grade and VEGF-A expression in SSWM group are higher than illness group, the SSWM group show symptom and sign of LBS and allo-microcirculation. CONCLUSIONS:we firstly study the mechanism that TCM treat masoplasia in hemodynamics, and confirm that RND can Interrupt/ inversio masoplasia by reducing angiogenesis and ameliorate microcirculation. this experiment firstly mould rat SSCM that show symptom and sign of LBS and allo-microcirculation. i t offer new ways about masoplasia experiment to us.
