Clinical Study On The Effect Of KangZhengXiaoYi Granule In Treating Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the effect of KangZhengXiaoYi (KZXY) granule on endometriosis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 50 patients due to ShenXuXueYu type were divided into two groups by random: 30 cases are settled as experiment groups, which are treated with KZXY granule; 20 cases are settled as control group, which are treated with Danazol. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical sign and the development of immunity, endocrine were observed. Results: KZXY granule is effective to improve the symptom, physical sign, regulate menstrual cycle, raise pregnancy rate, improve sexual desire, rectify the immunity and endocrine dysfunction, recover ovary function. Conclusion: KZXY granule is an effective recipe in treating Endometriosis. The effect may be achieved through improving the level of endocrine, rectifying the immunity dysfunction, regulating the function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.
