Clinical Study About The Curative Of Granula Of Anti-inflammation And Bone-strong On Delay Fracture Healing

Content: Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong is a compound prescription of Chinese drugs, it can eliminate inflammatio and resume blood cycle of fracture,meanwhile,it can enhance digest and increase nutrition to enhance bone-reconstruction and improve BMD.This study used Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong to have a clinical study with the control group to evaluate the effect of Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong on Delay Fracture Healing and discuss its mechanism.Purpose and methods:To evaluate the effect of Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong on Delay Fracture Healing and discuss its mechanism.This Study chosed 60 patients on Delay Fracture Healing and randomized into two groups,They were,treating group (treated with Granula of Anti-inflammationand Bone-strong), control group (treated with Tablet of Seven-Li for Bone-knitting). Two groups both treated 30 days as a course of treatment,and continuous treated three courses of treatment.Before treatment and every 15 days after treatment,we took X-ray pictures to detect the bone-reconstruction of fracture and BMD.Results and Analysis:(l)Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong can enhance bone-reconstruction,its effect was better than Tablet of Seven-Li for Bone-knitting.(2) Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong can improve BMD, its effect was better than Tablet of Seven-Li for Bone-knitting.According to the results, Granula of Anti-inflammation and Bone-strong has a good curative effect on Delay Fracture Healing. The main mechanism is that it can eliminate inflammatio and resume blood cycle of fracture,meanwhile,it can enhance digest and increase nutrition to enhance bone-reconstruction and improve BMD.
