The Experimental Research Of Hemostatic Mechanism Which GongXueTing Can Treat Metrorrhagia Due To Stasis

Objective: To study the hemostatic mechanism of GongXueTingCGXT) which can treat metrorrhagia due to stasis by dissolving congestion with animal models(including blood stasis, inflammation and estrogen ones).Methods: SD rats were experimental objects.The method of producing blood stasis models was to inject adrenalin hypodertnically and freeze,then measure hemorheology.The inflammation models were made by intubation of unilateral uterus,then uterus weighed to calculate the swell and inhibition rate.By injecting diethylstilbestrol hypodermically to make estrogen models, correlation coefficients were calculated according to organs' weight.The blank and each model contrasted groups were conducted pathologic test of uterus.The drug which was given the contrasted groups was tap-water, that of GXT's ones was GXT decoction.Experimental results were made between-group comparison, the statistics and comparison of hemorheology's indexes and correlation coefficients used One-Way ANOVA of SPSS statistical software.Results: All the indexes but PCV and ESR of hemorheology of the blood stasis group were raised significantly, pathologic test showed there were hyperemia,edema and hemodynamics abnormality in the uterus.After usingGXT,the normal rats' whole blood high shear and capillary plasm viscosity lowered,but low and high shear reductive viscosity raised markedly;the blood stasis ones' whole blood high shear,reductive(including high and secondary shear)and capillary plasm viscosity lowered significantly,however whole blood (including seconsary and low shear)and low shear reductive viscosity didn't change(P>0.05). The inflammation contrasted-group swell rate was 113.08%, pathologic test found remarkable inflammation response;the GXT-group swell rate was 34.96%,and GXT's inflammation inhibition rate was 69.09%.After injecting diethylstilbestrol,rats' uterus,uterus wall and water's coefficients all raised significantly,and the papillary hyperplasia of gland and uterus swelling were observed. GXT lowered three coefficients above-mentioned significantly.(all significant P<0.05 or 0.01)ConcIusionrThe hemostatic mechanism of GXT's maybe:l.Inprove hemorheology character and microcirculation.2. Inhibit inflammation. 3. Resist estrogen.
