Study backgroundEssential hypertension patien often unites with many risk factors,especially the factor of abnormality of metabolism ,for instance:obesity,hyperlipemia, abnormality of sugar tolerance.diabetes mellitus,hyperinsulinism and plasminogen activator inhibitive factor(PAI-l) and so on. They are risk factors of atherosclerosis ,and theyhave the congenerous background of pathology and physiology __ resistance ofInsulin(IR) [1].When we prevention and cure these congenerous risk factors , namely IR and abnormality of metabolism of sugar and lipoprotein in blood serum and so on , we will not only prevente and cure essential hypertension,but also prevente and cure other cardiovascular disease.IR correlates intimatly with the endothelial dysfunction.so we suspect the two interacte ,mter- accelerate and they participate the occurrenc and development of hypertensive disease together <=Fangji-huangqi capsule has few been investigated in modern medicine with modern method ,as well as in Chinese medical science121. We found that fangji-huangqi capsule can therapy hypertensive disease and can inversio thickening of left ventricle through our division's topic of Administration Bureau of Chinese medical science of GuangDong province p}.Through applicating fangji-huangqi capsule to therapy hypertensive 'dfseas4 we intend to observate IR and abnormality of metabolism of sugar and lipoptotein in blood serum and so on in essential hypertension patien; at the same time to observate these abnormality of metabolism** i* > +-> ?"æ™»tcan been ameliorated whether or not .we also mean to observate the endothelial dysfunction in essential hypertension patien and if it can been ameliorated; meanwhile to discuss the relation of IR and the endothelial dysfunction. At the last we intente to discuss if whether fangji-huangqi capsule can regulate the relation of IR and the endothelial dysfunction in essential hypertension patien.Objectives1. Observe IR , abnormality of metabolism of sugar and lipoprotein in blood serum and the endothelial dysfunction in the TanShiZhongZu of essential hypertension patien.2.Clear if fangji-huangqi capsule can ameliorate IR, abnormality of metabolism of sugar and lipoprotein in blood serum and the endothelial dysfunction in the TanShiZhongZu of essential hypertension patien.3.discuss the relation of essential hypertension IR and the endothelial dysfunction in the TanShiZhongZu of essential hypertension patien. Study methodsThe prospective, one-way blind, random and matched control method is used between the western medicine group (Amlodipine) and the western and traditional medicine group (fangji-huangqi capsule + Amlodipine).We assay insulin on an empty stomach (FINS), blood sugar on an empty stomach (FBG), C peptide (CP), lipoprotein of blood serum, body mass index (BMI), the ratio of waistline breech line (WHR) and the NO/ET in plasma, blood pressure, heart rate, smooth index (SI) of blood pressure and so on. At the same time observe the diversity of their marker's levels before and after therapying between the western and traditional medicine group and the western medicine group of the TanShiZhongZu in essential hypertension patiens. Results1.Through assaying the insulin on an empty stomach (FINS), blood sugar on an empty stomach (FBG), C peptide (CP), hyperglycemia, body mass index (BMI), the ratio of waistline breech line (WHR), we observe that there are more peoper with IR, hyperglycemia of abnormality of metabolism, overweight and obesity in the TanShiZhongZu essential hypertension patients than in normal persons. Through checking the NO/ET in plasma, we find that there are more peepers having the endothelial dysfunction in the TanShiZhongZu of essential hypertension patients than in normal persons.2.
