CAOV3 cells were inoculated and cultured in bottles, as CAOV3 cells grew well,regulated cells liquid to alone cells liquid (1.1 X lOYml). after treatment 48 hours, morphological examination by electron microscope showed cells with chromatin condensation and margination nuclear fragment ?microvillus and false feet attenuated cell shrinkage and the presence of "apoptotic bodies" .The grain of G-6-Pase which is sign enzyme of endoplasmic reticulum and the grain of Mg2+-ATPase which is sign enzyme of plasmalemma changed smll,the quantity and density of the grain reduced, enzyme activation was came down.Conclusion: Ya-Dan-Zi oil vein emulsion promotes change in morphology, comes down enzyme activation and ability of invasion and metastasis,induces apoptosis of ovarian tumor cells.
