Modern medical science recent date consider that the happening of tumor is a cancer progression because a lot of genes work each other in coordination.In scopes of oncology research, excessive proliferates and unusual splits of cells are the focus which the researchers in tumor pay much attention to for mamy years. Conception of apoptosis is leaded into .accelerates the development of originally possess study.Apoptosis or programmed cell death (PCD) is a process of active cellular self-destruction according to its own programs under physiological or pathological conditions. It requires the expression of a number of genes and conducts the signals by many pathways. Apoptosis plays an important role in regulating the cell number and eliminating the superfluous or harmful cells to control embryonic development , metamorphosis, and protection homeostasis of the immune system. If apoptotic process is in a state of chaos, it take many serious disease to human being. The happening of ovarian cancer connects with apoptosis that is not enough.Malignant gynecological turners are the third most common cancers in women following carcinoma of the cervix and carcinoma of endometrium. A major characteristic of malignant tumor cells is their ability to invade and form metastasis foci at distant sites in body. Most of the cases are diagnosed at advanced stages, and the survival rate is disappointingly low. Obviously, looking for effective therapy to treat these cancers is still a priority for the management of cancer. One of the major tasks of molecular oncology research is to find the mechanism of cancer invasion and metastasis. To actively look for drugs (trad. Ch medicine) that peculiarity induced apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell plays an important role in theory and practice.Ya-Dan-Zi oil vein emulsion was used to resist tumor in treatingstomach cancer, brain cancer and lung cancer, but there are not reports of resisting ovarian cancer in the morphology by microscope-electron microscope and in the changes of enzyme activatity and induced apoptosis. Microscope-enzyme cell chemical staining and transmission electron microscope technique were used to our experiment, which compared Ya-Dan-Zi oil vein emulsion to Shun-Bo,observed reaction of human ovarian cancer CAOV3 cell. Consistency of Ya-Dan-Zi oil vein emulsion was 0. 5mg/ml. CAOV3 cells were inoculated and cultured in bottles, as CAOV3 cells grew well,regulated cells liquid to alone cells liquid (1.1 X lOYml). after treatment 48 hours, morphological examination by electron microscope showed cells with chromatin condensation and margination nuclear fragment ?microvillus and false feet attenuated cell shrinkage and the presence of "apoptotic bodies" .The grain of G-6-Pase which is sign enzyme of endoplasmic reticulum and the grain of Mg2+-ATPase which is sign enzyme of plasmalemma changed smll,the quantity and density of the grain reduced, enzyme activation was came down.Conclusion: Ya-Dan-Zi oil vein emulsion promotes change in morphology, comes down enzyme activation and ability of invasion and metastasis,induces apoptosis of ovarian tumor cells.
