The Effect And Rationale Of Beeswax Paste In Healing Diabetic Rats' Chronic Skin Ulcer

Through a large amount of clinical observation, we have found that Beeswax Paste have a good effect in accelerating chronic skin ulcer (Diabetic Foot) healing in Diabetic, (the effective rate is 94%). In order to further study the effect and rationale of Beeswax Paste, an experimental study was designed to observe the effect and study rationale why Beeswax Paste can accelerate chronic skin ulcer healing in Diabetic rats. We use 30 Chronic Skin Ulcer models of Diabetic rats and divide them into 3 groups following the principle of randomization and control. We observed the velocity of chronic skin ulcer healing and the change of ulcerative skin orgnism under the microscope. We found that Beeswax Paste is better and quicker than standard control group and blank control group in healing chronic skin ulcer in Diabetic rats( P<0. 01). Beeswax Paste can increase secretion of the wound to liquefy and delete necrosis tissues, accelerate granulation tissue growing and provide a good environment for pus healing. The result shows that Beeswax Paste can promote the growth of capillary and granulation tissue on the skin pus, thus accelerate the healing of the hronic skin ulcer.
