Bawei Anti-fiber Side Anti-hepatic Fibrosis In Rats Experimental Research

Object Hepatic fibrosis is a common pathological changes in the development of many chronic liver desease to cirrhosis,which is critical to the prognosis of chronic liver disease.Hepatic fibrosis is the foundation of all the complications, including portal hypertension, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, synthetic dyfunction and metabolism of damage, at the last stage of liver disease.Hepatic fibrosis occurs in almost all patients with chronic liver injury.About 20%-40% hepatic fibrosis proresses into liver cirrhosis.Therefore,hepatic fibrosis seriously endanger human health. In our study, In our study,we observ the role of baweikangxianfang in hepatic fibrosis induced by ccl4 in rats,to explore the mechanism of anti-hepatic fibrosis,and provide new ideas and methods for treatment of hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis. Four observation groups,10 rats of model group,10 rats of BWKXF groups and 6 rats of control groups were sacrigiced and for liver pathological sections which stained by HE and masson.Method Vistar rats,104,were divided into three groups randomly,normal control 24, model group 40, BAKXF group 40.The rats of model group and BWKXF group were given intraperitoneal injection of 40% ccl4(ccl4:peanut oil=2:3) for 8 weeks,2times per week and the rats of normal group were given NS intraperitoneal injection. Meanwhile the rats of BWKXF groups were administrated with BWKXF whose dose is 6.25 fold of the adult. The rats of control and model groups were administrated same does NS as BWKXF grouos. The degree of liver fibrosis was grading with ISAK system, and the semi-quantitative analysis of collagen content in liver tissue were taken by image-pro plus(IPP 6.0).Spss 17.0 was used.Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Statistical significance was assigned at a P<0.05 or<0.01.Results After intraperitoneal injection ccl4 for 3 days,we can see the deformation of the liver fat. Three pbservation points,2weeks,4weeks,8weeks,we found the liver injury of model group was serious than the BWKXF group, and the content of collagen were significantly higher then the BWKXF grouop.Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection ccl4 for 8weeks,2times per week can reduce hepatic fibrosis. BWKXF can reduce the progression of hepatic fibrosis via reduction the deposition of collagen.
