Research Of Therapy "Cool The Blood And Dissipate The Blood Stasis" In Treatment For Venous Ulcer

Objective: The author explores clinical curative effect and the function mechanism of "cool the blood and dissipate the blood stasis" on external treating venous ulcer, which establishes the theoretical basis of TCM external therapy on treating venous ulcer.Method: Clinical observation 60 patients with venous ulcer are divided into two groups at random. The treatment group (40 patients) changes the dressing of wounded area with "yu yang ling ointment", but the control group (20 patients) changes the dressing with rhubarb oily gauze. Two groups change the dressing once a day and this therapy last four weeks. Animal experimental 60 mice are divided into two batches. The first batch of mice are adopted granuloma model, which are used to observed different groups granuloma tissue growth state and morphological histology, measure the level of basicity fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) among the granuloma tissue and density of the collagenous fibre and content of DNA. The second batch ofice are adopted trauma model, which are used to observed the growth state of different groups epithelical tissue.Result: The clinical result shows: the total effective rate of treatment group and control group is 97.5 per and 75 per respectively, which are remarkably different by statistics (PO.05) The animal experimental result shows: Yu Yang Ling ointment notably promotes the fibroblast hyperplasia, new capillary formation and the collagenous fibre synthesis, heightens the some level of bFGF and DNA content, accelerating trauma organization's granuloma tissue hyperplasia and wounded area's re-epithelization rate, which promotes the reparation.Conclusion: "Yu Yang Ling ointment" is an effective preparation that promotes the venous ulcer to heal up. This research offers theoretical basis for TCM external therapy on treat venous ulcer and new effective therapy method for TCM clinical medical.
