Objectives. Paclitaxel is the most sold anti - tumors agent in last two years, one of most important drug for MBC . Now the natural resources of pa-clitaxel is seldom to be find and cannot be man made. Researching the more regulation for clinical us is important.Methods: From Oct 2000 to Feb 2002, 56 cases received chemotherapy with paclitaxel , expression different clinical significance of ER A PR , Herb -2 ,CA153,stageand other markers in metastasis breast cancer. Random to two groups , with the same doses of 60mg/m2 E - ADM ( Biaoroubix-ing), one with paclitaxel 3weekly of 135mg/m2, the other group with paclitaxel weekly of 60mg/m2, for every 4weeks. Investigating Result adopted multiple factor analysis and mono - factor Chi - squared test, but visit clinical observation for P < 0.2.Results. Treated 193 times, the least case is 1 time, the most is 5 times, group of 3weekly have 30 cases with 96 times, average 2.91 times, group of weekly have 28 cases with 97 times, average 3. 13 times. First group have CR lease, PR 21 cases, RR 22 cases(73. 3%), the second group have CR lease, PR 16 cases, RR 17 cases(65.4%), total RR69. 6% (39/56). The remission time, first group is 5.4 months, the second group is 5.9 months, the average is 5.6 months. There are not difference with express of blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, baidness, exanthem and ache of muscularis. The group of weekly have relieve side effect in face flushing and ache - joint (P < 0.05).Conclusions. Two groups have the same satisfacted response, to be endured and same side effects, the patients with positive expressed of Herb - 2 have a bad prognosi, have a short remission time, therapy should be improved. There are not a increase with sensitive and side effects after we decreased properly using glucocorticoid, antihistamine drug and inhibitor of H2 receptor.
