Objective:To investigate the different expressions of the sensitive and resistant proteins in human breast cancer cells with two cycles of neoadjuvant paclitaxel chemotherapy. Methods:The biopsy confirmed breast cancer tissues, after two cycles of neoadjuvant paclitaxel chemotherapy, are divided into the sensitivity and the resistance. Thawing, cracking, extracting their whole cell proteins respectively, separating the proteins by two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE), then we can establish the 2-DE map. Using the image analysis software to distinguish the proteins on the 2-DE map, and the matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) to identify the different proteins. So we can establish the breast cancer proteomic map between sensitive and resistant proteins.Results:13 different proteins express in the sensitive and resistant proteins in human breast cancer cells with two cycles of neoadjuvant paclitaxel chemotherapy.Conclusion:1.We established the sensitive and resistant proteins spectrum of human breast cancer with two cycles of neoadjuvant paclitaxel chemotherapy2.The sensitivity of the paclitaxel chemotherapy has strong correlation with the difference of the related proteins, which is in the proteome of the different breast cancer cells.
