Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Treatment With TCM Multiple Therapies On The Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To observe the effect of the treatment with TCM multiple therapies on the chronic renal failure. Methods: An experimental comparison-study was adopted, 265 patients of chronic renal failure were observed. 103 of them were selected randomly as the multiple therapies-treated group, besides western medicine common therapies, they were treated with TCM multiple therapies, including the Chinese herbal therapy according TCM syndrome, taking orally Chinese-herb-patent medicine, clystering Chinese traditional medicine according TCM syndromes and mainlining the injection of Chinese herb DanShen. The period of treatment was 14 days, and it took 2 periods continually. 82 cases were only-herb-treating group, treated with western medicine common therapies and Chinese herbal therapy on TCM syndromes. 80 cases were west medicine comparison group, treated with west medicine common therapies and Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch. The change of clinical symptom and the amount of serum Bun, Bcr. Tch, Tg, HDL-C and indexes of blood rheology were observed before and after treatment.
