Studies On The Chemical Constituents Of Euonymus Fortunei

The plants Euonymus fortune i were used as folk medicine for treatment of rheumatism, injuries and toxic. Many sesquiterpenoid esters with high antifeedant effects have been found from Euonymus genura. In order to find new anti- neoplastic constituents, we study on liposoluble chemical constituents of Euonymus fortune i. 14 compounds were obtained first time from the ethanol extracts of the plant stems and leaves. Their structures were identified as:COMP. 1: flagelignanins A. COMP. 2: rotundic acid.COMP. 3: 3-O-caffoyl betulin. COMP. 4: 3-O-caffeoyl lupol. COMP. 5: kadsuric acid.COMP. 6: syringaresinol.COMP. 7: 1 ,4-dihydroxy-2-methoxyl benzene. COMP. 8: J3-sitosterol glycoside.COMP. 9: 3?4?5,7?tetrahydroxyl flavanone. COMP.1O: epicatechin.COMP.11: catechin + epicatechin.COMP.12: gallocatechin.COMP.13: 7-0- a ?L-rhamnopyranosyl kaempferol. COMP.14: 3, 4?dihydroxyl benzoic acid.
