The basic principle of embodies many different characters of traditional Chinese culture. Many scholars at home and aboard regard these principles as key pint to research traditional Chinese culture. After the analyzing of the field, it can be found that the process of Traditional Chinese Medicine forming and the special historical background were ignored in the former research from the philosophic and medical view. Traditionally, these basic principles are from擧uang Di Nei Jing 揳nd the are the production of the development of medicine. Chinese Medicine before the Han Dynasty represented by a set of historical medicine books unburied from Chang Sha and the existing historical materials showed us that the theory of Jing Mai and the whole Traditional Chinese Medicine made a great progress and formed a set of systematic theories. But these theoretical systems were far from completion. So it is very necessary to think over the process of Traditional Chinese Medicine forming deeply? After the study of the academic changes appeared from the Pre-Qin period to the Han Dynasty, we can conclude that the development of Chinese philosophy is not independent. The ups and downs of academic circles related 閘osely to politics. What many academic groups concenned, in fact, was not philosophy, but political issuers? The development academic thinking applied to politics. During Han Dynasty, Dong zhong Shu created a set of theoretical systems on the basics of 揧in yang and Wu Xing ?.At that time, the rulers made use of thesef theories to govern the people. During the period of Qin and Han, Traditional Chinese Medicine was very experienced, but its theoretical system was not sufficient. In the Han Dynasty, became domin.ate theories of that time. These political theories influenced Traditional Chinese Medicine and they were applied to the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. So the basic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine came into being. Furthermore, these political theories also influenced science and art, even winemaking, food and drink. These political theories of擳ian Ren He Vi 揳nd擸in Yang Wu Xing?have changed a lot fit for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nature is emphasized in politics, but human in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the theory 揧in I Yang Wu Xing ?not only inherited traditional create, also improved its own system .the theory of 揧in Yang 搈aintained its original quintessence, improve according to the specific characters of science and became the principles of the treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and patience抯 condition. The order and the inter-relation of 揧in Yang 揳re consistent with political thinking. According to the particularities of medicine, the theory of 揨ang Fu攁nd擰ing Zhi? were also brought into the theory of 揥u Xing? Consequently, the theory of 揅heng Wu?appeared. So some political thing can be found in the basic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Particularity, progressiveness and stableness of the basic principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine are rare at that time. Generally speaking, the forming of these principles is an accidental phenomenon, as well as an inevitabf~ production of academic thing. At that time, because science and technology were apart from each other, the forming of the basic principles o...
