TGF- [3 can accelerate the healing of corneal epithelia, stroma and endothelia,it also partakes in the process of corneal wound restoration. TGF- (3 receptors have three types: T P R- I, T P R-I I and T [3 R-I II. TGF- P combines with its receptors and then transforms the information into the cytoblast to carry out a series of biological effects.Part one: the expression of TGF- 13 receptors in the rats cornea.1.The animal model of needle injections and the different expression of TGF- P receptors in the rats cornea between normal model and injection wounds:q.v Larry's needle injection wounds ,we made the animal model of corneal injury ,and we used the immuno-histochemical ABC method to determine the expression of the three types of TGF- P receptors in the cornea. The results showed that only the corneal epithelial and edothelial cells strongly expressed TGF- 13 receptors in normal rats. After 12 hours injury the corneal epithelial near the wound expressed TGF- 1~3 receptors; and 24 hours later, some I P R-5-POsitive cells in the Stroma were foUnd ther recovery of comeal epithelial' Itwas concluded that the corneal cell expressing T P R had a good proliferatingability and play an tooran role in the comea rePair after injury2.The animal model of hrpoxia and the different expression of TGF- P -receptOrs in the rats comea between normal model and injection wotmds: q.v -Stanes' model,we made the edal model of hrpoxia, and we used theirIunUn-histocheInical ABC method to determine the exPression of the threetyPes of TGF- P reCePtors in the coma. The results showed tha theexPression of the three tyPes of TGF- 5 recePtors ther hyPoxia were all lessthan the eXPression in normal rats. We can conclude that the Probablemechasm ofhyPoxia causing comea edema may be related tO TGF- 6.Part tWo: EffeCts of TGF- 6 2, interleukin 6 and fibronecAn on comeal woUndhealing. TGF- 6 z was evaluaed in the model of wound healing in rat's comea,And normal saline was topically chnistered in the contrOs. We also comParethe differeni effeets on rats comeal wound healing betWeen TGF- 6 2 combiningFN, TGF- fl z not combndng FN, IL--6 combining FN and IL--6 not combhangFN. The results showed that TGF- 6 2 can accelerate the comeal wound healing, and TGF- 6 z combbong FN or IL--6 combining FN can haV great effects onwound healing than TGF- 6 z or IL--6 not combining FN. TherefOre, it canfurther Prove that TGF- fl causing the differentiation of cornea1fibroblast needs FN. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Transforming growth factor beta (TGF- β), Transforming growth factor beta receptor (TβR) interleukin 6 (IL-6), fibronectin (FN), hypoxia, rat, cornea, injection, wound healing, immuno-histochemical. | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
