The main character of it is the complex condition and a high rate of compound wound, and also secondary necrosis of avulsed tissue. Shortage of effective techniques for judging the blood circulation in avulsed tissue and the complexity of mechanism of tissue necrosis have made to some extent a difficult treatment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanism of avulsed tissue necrosis and to come up with an ideal treatment for skin avulsion injury. An ideal treatment is to save viable avulsed tissue. However, secondary avulsed tissue necrosis caused mainly by avulsed tissue thrombosis in tissue vessels happens when viable avulsed tissue determined during operation turns out to be tissue necrosis after operation. So avulsed tissue thrombosis in tissue vessels is the focus of the research done by so many researchers.In this study, a 12cm x 4cm random avulsed flap was created in hind leg of pig by mimicking the mechanism of causing avulsion injury and by applying the avulsion-injury-created machine, and take the same size group in comparison. Draw blood of vein lh,2h,4h,6h,12h,24h after the operation, centrifugal for plasma, use Elisa method, and determine the content of E-selection in plasma. The result shoes that the E-selection in the avulsed tissue and the comparisongroup are higher than before, and it reaches the top point after 4h. The former ones is increased distinctively than the latter ones, (p > 0.05)Take the tissue of avulsed flap after the operation in lh,2h.4h,6h,12h,24h, using the technical of immunohistochemistry and PCR, It shows that the E-selection of secondary necrosis of avulsed tissue is positive . it reaches the submit after 4h ,and the E-selection of avulsed tissue is higher than the normal group, (p > 0.05)Copy to the model of avulsed tissue by intravenous injection with different density of Fucoidan (5mg/kg, lOmg/kg, 15mg/kg) before operation, observe the effect after 14 days. With the help of PC picture, and calculate the survival area, deal with statistics. The result shows that after use 5mg/kg Focoidan, the survival area of avulsed tissue is improved obviously than the one without Focoidan, and the same as the one with 1 Omg/kg, but the results is more obviously. But there is no distinguish result between the one with 15mg/kg Focoidan and the one with 1 Omg/kg. (p > 0.05) So to draw a conclusion, Focoidan can improve the survival area of avulsed tissue.
