Syudy On The Pharmacognosy Of Humulus Of China

In this thesis, the investigation of morphology resource and habitat of the three humulus medical plants growing in china were reported. Nearly fifty samples were collected and identified. The roots stem. lamina and leaf stalk morphological character of histology were examined and described. The root.stem. laniina and flower(female) character of powder were studied. By deep study, The difference among three humulus medical plants were found. By TLC and color reaction, the chemical constituent of these plants were examined and compared. The HPLC method was used to determine the effective constituent named as uteotion'of 1-lumulus scandens from five provinces, china. meanwhile, the HPLC was used to determine the quantities of Humulus scandens from three gathereason.
