Chronic renal failure is a result of many kinds of nephropathy it very difficult to treat it , especially when we want to prevent the progress and avoid to turn into the end stage renal failure the effective therapy is absence . NiaoDuLing has been used to treat CRF in clinical for several years , the effectiveness is good. This study has evalur the effectiveness and investigate the mechanism through clinical and experimental aspects. 1. clinical study select 50 patients , then separating them into two groups and select the effective medicine---Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch as contrast . Treating for 4 weeks , then analysis the data , according the standard of national a result. (1) NiaoDuLing can improve the kidney function and lower the level of Scr and BUN, improve the situation of anaemia, adjust the endocrine system , rectify the metabolism of Ca and P. (2) through observing the curative effect of NiaoDuLing to the differentiation of CRF , we find the effective esult of the deficiency of spleen and kidney turbid stage group is better then the other groups. That抯 to say the NiaoDuLing is aimed to certain differentiation 2. Experimental study Select 5/6 greater partial excision of kidney rat as model . All the rats were randomly divided into four groups , false operation -4- control , CRF control , treated with NiaoDuLing and Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch. Biochemistry , metabolism , pathology and the expression of TGF ~, analyzed by immunohistochchemistry were observation , and the results were analyzed by 搕?examination and situ hybridization. The results reveal all CRF groups express decline of renal function , electrolyte disorder heamochrome descend CRF pathology change , the two treating groups抯 CRF change were much lower than model group , there are no difference between these two treating groups , The GSI and expression of TGF ~ protein in all CRF groups were much higher than false operation group , the expression of the two treating groups were much lower than the model group and there are no difference between them So we draw a conclusion that : NaoDuLing can improve the CRF rat抯 renal function, while decrease the expression of TGF ~ in CRF rats and maybe NiaoDuLing improve the renal function of CRY rats and maybe NiaoDuLing improve the renal funtion of CRF by reducing the expression of TGF ~...
