Abstract/Summary:
Sowing is the most key link among the crop production. As a revolutionary technology, the precise seeding will help us save of labor and seed, to enhance labor effectiveness and to increase yield by evenly placing seeds. Now of agriculture production levels in our country is poor, agricultural machinery by used is made coarseness, and operation is trivial details, person is lower, failure rate is high. All of these already became a bottle neck preventing our country agricultural development.This research help us to provide microprocessor technology for seeding machinery, and our designed a precise seeding automatic control system based on microprocessor. When seeding, this System automatically regulates the speed of the seed-sowing device according as the demand of sow quantity and the speed of the seeder. This speed is acquired by sensor .The land wheel skid and rough ground will influence the seeding, then, by using this system the influence may be decreased. In tradition, worker must compute, then, change the gear for regulating the quantity of seeding by himself. This system can regulate it automatically by a microprocess inside after inputting the demand of seed distance, and the regulating precision improved.This Research is made of detection section, control section and a PCB board, which AT89S52 being core. According the conditions of our department, this system's experiment was carried at seeding test flat based on 2BJD-4 semi-precise sowing . The result analyzing the data between former seeder and control system proved the system's quality.
