| 20 dens 7th day Du-Chang-Da growing pigs were divided in random allocation and feeded with different material, in which A group was the granule gunk and B group was the liquid feeder. The piglets were weaned in the 28th day, the time of the test was 38days. We Studied on the Liquid feeder to Growth Performance and Biochemistry Indexes and the numbers of lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in the feces of the Weaned Pigs. The results showed that the average weight of B group were all higher than A group in the 0th,7th,28th and 38th day, the difference between the weight of experimental groups was not significant in the 0th day, but the difference of 7th,28th and 38th day weight between A and B group was significant and B group was greater than A group. With the days increased, the lactobacillus and Escherichia coli of A and B group were all added. The numbers of Escherichia coli in B group were lower than A group (P<0.05). In the 28th day, the numbers of lactobacillus in B group were higher than A group (P<0.05). In the 38th day, the numbers of lactobacillus in B group were significantly higher than A group (P<0.01).In the 28th biochemical indexes of the serum, compared to A group, the total protein of B group increased by 21.08%(P<0.05), the albumin of B group increased by 16.61%(P<0.05), the globin of B group increased by 24.07%(P<0.05). In the 38th day determination, these biochemical indexes contents of B group increased by 19.56%,10.92%,30.45%. In the 28th and 38th day, the total protein albumin and globin of B group were significantly higher than A group (P<0.05). In the 28th day, compared to A group, the blood uria nitrogen of B group were reduced by 39.66% (P<0.01). In the 38th day, the blood uria nitrogen of B group were only reduced by 23.5%. Among all the experiment duration, the content of IgG in B group were higher than A group, especially in the 28th day.In sum, we can conclude that:1 The liquid feeder could increase the daily feed intake and weight of the early weaned pig, it could also reduced the feed conversion ratio. Meanwhile, its productive indexes were all higher than granule gunk.2 The liquid feeder could increase the numbers of the certain bacteria and reduce the numbers of the pathogenic bacteria.3 The liquid feeder could raise physiological and biochemical indexes of the piglet and the contents of IgG. |
