In this experiment we choose 30 days old. 140 rex rabbits randomly divided into two compartments. There have four groups, every group had 10 rex rabbits, in the first compartment fed diets with 7%,9%,12%and 14%CF respectively to research the effect of different content of CF in diet on diarrhea frequency, performance, digestibility, pH of gastrointestinal tract, caecal VFA and physiological and biochemical parameters in blood . In the second compartment there have 10 tests and every test had 10 rex rabbits, we take the group of the first compartment which was fed the diet with 7%CF as the control. In this experiment fed diet with 7% CF and added 0.1% probiotrics ,0.2% probiotrics with water,0.3%EM,0.2%FOS,0.4%FOS,0.1 %allicin,0.2%allicin,0.1 % robiotrics+0.1 %allicin, 0.1%allicin+0.2%FOS, 0.2%FOS+0.1% probiotrics with water respectively, to study those controllers effect on preventing from diarrhea of rabbits which was caused because of low CF in diet, and the effect on performance, digestibility, caecal VFA and physiological and biochemical in blood .The result showed : the diarrhea frequency of the group which fed the low CF diet was far higher than those of fed the high CF diet, and the diarrhea frequency of 7%,9%,12%,14% was 59.33%,20.67%,0,0 respectively; but there have no significant different on performance of rabbit in this range of CF, and the gaining weight average day was 23.92g,25.23g,27.74g and 25.70g,p>0.05.but the feed intake of the group which fed with the higher CF diet was significantly higher than those of the group which feed with the low CF diet, the feed intake respectively was 70.50g,74.26g,79.82gand 87.38g,p< 0.05. both the daily gain and feed conversion efficiency of the group fed with 12%CF was the best, and the diet with high CF can significantly (p<0.05) or very much significantly (p>0.01)add the content of acetic and caecal pH ,and it can significantly reduce the content of cholesterin in blood, too.All of the controller have the affection on preventing from diarrhea of rabbits which was caused because of low CF in diet, but the group which fed with diet added probrotics is the best, and the performance of this group is significant higher than those of control(p<0.01),but there have no significant different on digestibility(p>0.05);the affection of 0.1% probiotrics+0.1%allicin, 0.1%allicin+0.2%FOS and 0.2%FOS+0.1% probiotrics with water were worse than the others.
