| Previous study propose various theories about plant individual development, but there is no universal theory to explain how cells form a cell differentiation and different forms of multicellular plant organs through the cell division.Leaves, main organ of plants for photosynthesis, is the necessary conditions for plants to be autotrophic.The past study were focused on the researches about their morphology and anatomical structure of qualitative, which were almost descriptive, but few of works have done on quantitative study of auxanology.The interaction between cells plays very improtant role in leaves development process. The quantitative research on leaves anatomical characteristics can reveal the quantity information of leaf development. Analysising the regulatory mechanism on its development of the interaction between cells, and judging the formation mechanism on dicotyledonous leaf venation network preliminarily, provides theoretical basis on revealling the mechanism of individual development of multi-cell plant.This experiment was carry out on eggplant, we treat them under normal raise condition or low temperature weak light condition, in order to study eggplant leaf blade shape dissection structure and the partial physiological target's influence, the conclusions are as followings:1 In the normal raise condition, the shapes of eggplant leaf changed from orbicular-ovate to ellipse, and the leaf areas was increasing, but the relative leaf area wae reducing through the extension of period of duration at the same steric. The light catch rate had influnences on leaves at the different site on the same plant.2 Epidermal cell was increasing gradually, and cell density was reducing; The changes on stomatal apparatus was slightly; The size and densities of stomatal apparatus and epidermisid were different, it showa that the growth velocity was different on different regional. 3 The rate of palisade parenchyma/spongy parenchyma increased gradually and went tp stable through the observation of leaf cross section at cross section.4 The development of every degree leaf vein is different, the first class of leaf vein was muscular and craspedodrome, apex was tapering and towards one side; There were 5-6 leaf vein on the second class with a little differences, the distance between second leaf vein was same and small, and the second leaf vein was U-type curve. The regulation of third leaf vein was not obviously. Oueing to the influence of micro-vein island, the fouth and fifth leaf vein developed new freedom vein island.5 The micro-vein island is the fundamental unit leaf blade.6 At the condition of low temperature and the weak light, the anatomic structure of leaves was changed while the reducing of temperature and depressing of light strength. The contents of chlorophyll was reducing, the contents of dissolubility saccharide and protein,2-pyrrolidine carboxylic acid and MDA was increasing. The low temperature and highlight had influent mostly. |
