The implementation of post-weaning is an effective measure to shorten the cycle of sows farrowing, improve the birth rate and reduce the risk of transmitted diseases from sows to piglets. but the early weaned piglets often demonstrated"weaning stress syndrome",as decline of feed intake, slow growth.Lots of results showed that we can achieve the purpose of slowing weaning stress through controlling the composition of weaned piglets diets, and that the growth of weaned piglets was in a heavy reliance on energy.whey powder is the preferred energy feed of weaned piglets, however, the production of whey powder is less than we need,so it needs importing, while the relatively rich carbohydrates as sucrose, glucose, which has good absorption and sexual attractant ,but were not well utilized in the feed of piglets. So this experiment was to find out the best conjunction ratios with three carbohydrates, by using glucose, sucrose and whey powder alone or mixed. With a view to alleviate weaning stress, to reduce the amount of whey powder, so as to achieve the purpose of lowing production costs, adjusting carbohydrates use structure, and providing a theoretical basis for the synergy between different carbohydrates. The test was divided into three parts. On the basis of corn-soybean meal-based diets, test 1 replaced 15% of corn with corresponding content of whey powder, glucose, and sucrose, respectively. Through the determination of production performance, digestive enzyme activities, immunoglobulin and microbial content of feces, we found that the growth-promoting effect of all experimental groups was superior to the control group. And the best group was whey powder group, followed by glucose group. Test 2 was on the basis of optimal group(15% whey powder group) of test 1. With test 1 as the control group, test 2 taked the replace of the corresponding content of whey powder with 4%,8%,12% of glucose. With the measurement and analysis of relevant indicators, we found that 12% of glucose group had no adverse effects the production performance of piglets, even better than the control group. Test 3 was on the basis of optimal group(12% glucose+3% whey powder group) of test 2. With test 2 as the control group, test 3 taked the replace of the corresponding content of glucose with 3%,6%,9% of sucrose. The result was that the effect of experimental group of 6%sucrose+6%glucose+3%whey powder was best , supperor than control group. Overall, conclusions were as follows:1. The diet added with 15% of glucose, whey powder and sucrose respectively, would improve the production performance of weaned piglets, the whey powder group was the best group in the whole test, but it's cost was higher than glucose group and sucrose group.2. the diet supplemented with 15% of glucose was the best at early test, but he diet supplemented with 15% of whey powder showed better growth of compensation at later stage,so it would be better that diet with 15% of glucose be used at 1~2 weeks and with whey powder at 3~4 weeks after weaning.3. There is a certain synergy between different carbohygrates, and there was no bad effect of piglets in growth performance when 12% of the glucose be used to replace the corresponding amount of whey powder in the diet with 15% of whey powder.4. The promotion of growth performance to piglets was the best when the amount of glucose, sucrose and whey powder used in the diet were 6%, 6%, 3%.
