Hyperlipidemia is a systemic disease, and is called dyslipidemia in modern medicine. Hyperlipidemia is a risk factors of stroke, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and sudden death, also it is an important risk factor for leading hypertension, impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes, evenmore. And fatty liver, cirrhosis, cholelithiasis, pancreatitis, fundus bleeding, blindness, peripheral vascular disease, claudication, hyperuricemia and other diseases can be caused by hyperlipidemia.Sichuan Brick Tea is fully fermented tea after pile-fermentation process, containing lots of Thrabrownine (TB), can help people digest high protein, high fat foods such as beef, mutton and milk, and add nutrients needed by the body, is a vital daily drink to the people in border areas. Along with the development of brick tea industry, Sichuan brick tea, Pu-erh Tea and others were considered as the prevention health drinks of cardiovascular disease by people in many Asian countries. Lots of researches indicated that brick tea can help to slow down the ageing process, inhibit atherosclerosis, lower lipid and control glucose metabolism.In resent studies, only the brick tea water and its composition were used as material, no active sites are filtered. Research on Sichuan brick tea is very few. To further understand the specific components and active sites of Sichuan brick tea, this study used Sichuan Brick Tea as material.Thrabrownine (TB) was researched in the purpose of finding the natural active substance on losing tallow, and developping and using comprehensively Sichuan Brick Tea. The results were as follows:1.TB was easy to dissove in water except ethanol,ethyl acetate, n-butanol and chloroform. It contained polyphenols (28.44%), polysaccharides(16.36%), caffeine (0.21%),amino acids (4.61%).It was phenolic.2.The orthogonal rotational combination design of the three factors, quadratic regression was uesd to study the effect of aqueous extract temperature, leach temperature and solid-liquid ratio on extraction yield of TB, and to determine the optimum extraction scope of TB.By contribution rate method, the results showed that the interaction to extraction scope of TB was:aqueous extract temperature> solid-liquid ratio>leach temperature. The dimensionality reduction analysis based on the mathematical regression model indicated that increasing aqueous extract temperature could raise the extraction yield of TB.The optimal conditions (extraction yield of TB>8.27%) was obtained by frequency analysis:aqueous extract temperature was 65.69~77.88℃,leach temperature was 13.65~17.48℃and solid-liquid ratio was 1:50.75~1:43.58.The mathematical regression model in this paper can forecast accurately the extraction yield of TB within the study scope.3.TB had no significant influence on blood-fat of normal growth mouse, but it could obviously decrease blood-fat of the "hyperlipemia model" mouse, and low dosage group, middle dosage group of TB had hypolipidemic activity. The atherosclerosis index(AI) of the mouse from low dosage group, middle dosage group and high dosage group decreased significantly (p<0.01).
