China is a large agricultural country with a large area of crops.And the annual production of the straw is as high as 1.04 billion tons,which is half of the output in the world.If the crop straw were made into straw boards or bricks to take the place of the wood,it would take effect in the forest conservation and the utilization of raw straw.This paper,based on the technology of making straw bricks in hot-pressing,proposes the technological process and working specification.And the key parts of the brick machine are divided into three parts:the stamping,heating and blanking system.The following are the main process and conclusions:?1?Analysis of domestic and foreign crop straw processing methods.The utilization of“five-way utilization of straw”is the main way of straw,but the utilization ratio of raw material is only 2.7%,which is at a low level.And the major utilization of raw straw is the building materials made of it.Besides,the straw brick machine does play a significant role in the diversification of the utilization of straw in a good way.?2?General design panning of the straw brick machine.Firstly,propose the process and the working specification in straw brick making.The process route contains blanking,heating,and hot-pressing molding;and the working specification under the condition is following,the adhesive adding ratio is 15%,the hot-pressing pressure is 10MPa and the hot-pressing forming temperature is 80°C,and the size of the straw brick is120mm×58mm×45mm.Then,base on the design of the overall structure primarily and the structural sketches.Use the Solid Works to perform the three-dimensional modeling of key components.?3?Analysis of the stamping system and prototype processing.The analysis of the three-dimensional model is performed on the stamping head and the stamped connecting rod by ANSYS Workbench 17.0 and the result meets the requirements.Firstly,design the stamping mechanism to simplify the key components of stamping part to the crank slider mechanism.Secondly,analyze the position,speed and acceleration of the executive institution to select the parameters and motors.Thirdly,analyze the pressing spindle,determine the size,and finish the processing and debugging of the prototype.?4?Analysis and testing of the heating system.Design the hot plate and hot oil circuit,and test the heating system of the processing physical prototype.The result shows that when the temperature is preset to 110°C,the average temperature of the heat-conducting mold plate is 86.2°C and the minimum temperature for hot-pressing molding reaches 80°C,the heating system can meet the design requirements.?5?Analysis and test of the unloading system.The EDEM is used to analyze the 3D model and the result shows that the material is evenly distributed at both outlets.Test the processing physical prototype and the result shows that the cutting is at good uniformity.Then,do the uniform designing test.The experiment factors contain the moisture content of the crop stalk,the rotation speed of the material screw and the rotation speed of the charging wheel.The test index is the difference of the material mass at two outlets,which is performed by the U10?53?table.The regression model is used to establish the mathematical model and MATLAB is used to optimize the results.The optimal solution is:the moisture content of straw is 20%,the rotation speed of the material screw is 70 r·min-1,and the rotation speed of the dial wheel reaches 60 r·min-1,At this time,the difference of the material mass at two outlets is 18g..The research conclusions show that the design of the stamping,heating and blanking system of making the straw brick machine meets the requirements.And the processing and experiment of the first-generation physical prototype of the stamped straw brick machine is accomplished successfully.The research of straw brick machine provides the support of equipment to the promotion and utilization in the future.
