The Traditional compound mongolian medicine and the Orthogonal compound mongolian medicine, with effective anti-inflammation and immuno- enhancement, were developed according to the Traditional mongolian medicine theories and modern medicine theories respectively. In order to further study their active site concernning immunoenhancement, the Traditional compound mongolian medicine and the Orthogonal mongolian medince were extracted by alcoholethyl , after which they were extracted by petroleum ether, n-butanol, ethyl acetate in order,obtain petroleum ether extract, n-butanol extract, ethyl acetate extract.The study on invitro and invivo antibiosis activity of Compound Mongolian extracts on Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus showed that: invitro of ingredient concentrate to n-butanol and ethyl acetate, the circle of bacteriostasis diameters were all above 16.8mm, the maximum was 21.61mm; And the MIC and MBC to the two main pathogenic bacteria were all above 0.0315g/ml and 0.0625g/ml, the mother liquor have a little bacteriostatic action and petroleum ether have not bacteriostatic action. The invivo antibiosis showed that the active antibiosis ingredient mainly in the extracta of petroleum ether and mother liquor, and significantly improvderate the mtation rate of death in mine.The result of effact of Pathological sections of Compound Mongolian medicines on mouse modal of breast pathology of mastitis causel by mix pathogons.showed that:etroleum ether extracta and the mother liquor of the two compound Mongolian medicines could effectively reduce the damage and promote recovery of the mammary glands and n-butanol,ethyl acetate had no significant impact on photogenic.Research of Mongolian Compound Extracts on the Immunoenhancement Action of Experiment :The study of macrophage activity by carbon clearance method showed that the Mongolian Compound Extracts could raise the activity of normal and model mice significantly(P<0.05); The study on the activity of the NK cells in the spleen by MTT method showed that the Mongolian Compound Extracts could raise the activity of the spleen NK cells of both the normal and model mice significantly(P<0.05); The experiment of the effect of Mongolian Compound Extracts on mice thymus and spleen index showed that:Ogolian Compound Etracts had no significant impact on normal mice but they could elevate the thymus and spleen index of the model mice by infecting pathogenic bacteria significantly(P<0.05). The result of cytometry showed that the two Mongolian Compound Extracts had not significant effact on the percentage of CD3+ cell, CD4+ cell, CD8+ cell and CD19+ cell of the normal mice but they could significantly increase the CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05). The two Mongolian Compound Extracts could significantly raised the percentage of CD3+ cell, CD4+ cell and CD19+ cell and CD4+/CD8+ of the clinical mastitis model mice(P<0.01), but they had no significant effect on the percentage of CD8+ cell. The study of the red cell immunity by Guo's method showed that petroleum ether extracta and the mother liquor of the two Mongolian Compound Extracts could increase the C3bRR rate significantly(P<0.05), but they had no significant effect on ICR of the normal mice. n-butanol and ethyl acetate of the two Mongolian Compound Extracts had no significant effect on C3bRR rate and ICR rate of the normal mice, but they could increase the C3bRR rate significantly and reduce the ICR of clinical mastitis model mice(P<0.01). The study of the enzyme and cytokines in model mice mammary gland showed the two compound Mongolian extracta could significantly increase the IL-2 level and suppress the IL-6 and TNF-α(P<0.01), and they could reduce the NAGase concentration significantly(P<0.01). The above study indicated that the two compound Mongolian medicines extracta could improve the the nonspecific immunity by raising the macrophage activity, NK cell cytoactive and red cell immunity; they could improve the specific immunity by increase the B cell rate, T cell rate and CD4+/CD8+. They could also effectively regulate the immunological reaction by adjusting the secretion content of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α.
