An Actinomycete was found in the bioactive selectiong process, which could produce insecticidal and herbicidal activity substances. We named it SSPRC-612243.The article studied on the two active substances and gave species and classified to the Actinomycete.A series of crude separation and purification operation to the fermentation of SSPRC-612243,through solvent extraction, chromatography, HPLC and biological tracking experiments,a purified compound SSPRC-612243-A with insecticidal activity and a compound SSPRC-612243-B with herbicidal activity were obtained.With the help of the spectral analysis,we got the molecular weight of SSPRC-612243-A is 415 and the molecular formula is C25H37NO4.After searching the literature and analysising NMR spectrum,we knew it was the same as piericidin A.In the same way,we knew the molecular weight of another compound SSPRC-612243-B was 577 and its molecular formula was C31H47NO9,it was the same as glucopiericidin A.There was no report about its herbicidal activity in other literature.After further study,we established high performance liquid chromatography to analysis SSPRC-612243-A and SSPRC-612243-B.It provided theoretical basis for fermentation and extraction process.In this paper,another metabolite indomycin produced by strains 709084 was studied,too.It could influnce Chlorophyll synthesis.Determinated the content of intermediates in conditions of exerting indomycin compared with the normal growth in Chlorophyll synthesis process, This study compared the content of Chlorophyll, ProtoporphyrinIX, UroorphyrinogenⅢ,CopropororphyrinIII andδ-Aminolevulinic acid with CK by exerting the compound. We can find that indomycin can highly inhibit the synthesis of Chlorophyll.The plants which were dealed with the compound,the content of ProtoporphyrinIX increased,while the content of free UroorphyrinogenⅢand CopropororphyrinⅢdecreased, 8-Aminolevulinic acid increased a lot.During the procedure of Chlorophyll synthesis,the accumulation ofδ-Aminolevulinic acid and ProtoporphyrinIX can be infered that indomycin can influnce some reaction steps in the procedure of Chlorophyll synthesis.
