| In this experiment, tree peony'Luo Yang Hong'as the experimental materials was observed morphological characteristics of natural and studied the endogenous antio-xidant system in the different cultivation conditions through the flower opening and senescence process. Display life of potted peony was divided into four stages:the bud formation period, the initial viewing period, the best viewing period, the end of display life.Tree peony flowers under natural conditions:ethylene production increased in the early, peak followed by decline in the senescence process. SOD, CAT activity and ethylene production capacity maintained consistency. POD activity of the ethylene from the impact of the initial activity was lower in the opening and senescence process, its activity was greatly enhanced.Potted tree peony, SOD activity and performance under natural conditions, varied in line with the amount of ethylene production. CAT activity in a peak flowering. POD activity reveals increased and then decreased. POD as a valid defense against oxidative stress in the inner tool tree peony flowers in the aging process play a positive protective effect.Vased tree peony:1-MCP treatment inhibited the formation of endogenous ethylene. SOD, POD activity decreased, but CAT activity was enhanced. Exogenous ethylene treatment also inhibited the production of endogenous ethylene, SOD, CAT activity decreases, POD activity and ethylene production is not significantly linked. During the senescence process,1-MCP treatment reduced endogenous ethylene production, CAT, POD activity increased.Description vitro metabolism of ethylene to the activities of antioxidant enzymes, changed postharvest vase life, ultimately affect the harvest quality. SOD, CAT activity in opening process was closed relationship with the ethylene, POD played an important role in the senescence process. |
