The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different kinds and levels of ionophore on rumen fermentation,apparent digestibility and Blood bio-chemical Parameters.After screening appropriate add volume of the sole adding dose and their appropriate proportion and mixed adding dose of ionophore in culture fluidin vitro.cows fitted permanent rumen fistula were chosen to study above result of the experiment of by applying 3×3 Latin square trial.This article was aimed at discussing proportion on rumen and providing references for improving production performance of dairy cow from the results of effective degradation rate of nutrient of diet in rumen,internal environment of rumen,production of rumen fermentation,apparent digestibility of diet and blood bio-chemical Parameters.1 Screening of the addition dose of different kinds of ionophore in culture fluidin vitro.The experiment of the sole adding dose the ionophore:The monensin was designed six grads:0,24.5,35.5,41 and 46.5 mg/kgDM;The Salinomycin was designed six grads:0,18,23,33 and 38 mg/kgDM.The Virginiamycin was designed six grads:0,20,26,32,38 and 44 mg/kgDM.Each level would be done three times at 0,6h,12h,18h and 24h. Assessing culture fluid pH, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,crude protein disappearing rate,dry matter disappearing rate by MFAEI,the appropriate adding dose of three kinds of ionophore could be gotten:monensin 35.5 and 46.5mg/kgDM; Salinomycin 18 and 33mg/kgDM; Virginiamycin 32 and 44mg/kgDM. The show as follows:gas production of culture substrate in vitro can be obviously inhibited by different levels of monensin,Salinomycin or Virginiamycin and it also can be determined indication of monensin is better than Salinomycin and Virginiamycin analyzed from the datas.2 Effect of different Sorts of ionophoric agent on Ruminal FermentationThree steers with permanent rumen cannulas dairy cows were chosen and arranged in a 3×3 latin square trial. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of ionophoric on rumen fermentation,nutrient degradability,apparent digestibility of diet and blood parameters in dairy cows.(1)Effect of different levels of Monensin,Salinomycin and Virginiamycin were no significantly influence on ruminal degradability. Monensin or Virginiamycin can both sublimate DM,OM,CP,NDF,ADF apparent digestibility of diet, Effect of dite with 46.5mg/kgDM Monensin was better than the others, capability digestive of meta-alimentary canal can been improved without passive effects on ruminal fermentation by adding quantitative Monensin and Virginiamycin in diet. Different levels of Salinomycin make apparent digestibility depress,there were no signfiicanlty difference in the apparent digestibility(2) The diet Ruminal pH value tended to be higher, when the diet was added with solo different levels of Monensin,Salinomycin and Virginiamycin, and the effect of Monensin was better than Salinomycin and Virginiamycin. The three sorts of suppl can all depress Ruminal ammonia nitrogen, there were no significantly influence on microbion crude protein;The concentration of propionate in the suitable or Virginiamycin treatment was significantly higher than the control group. C2/C3 can be depressed by suitable Monensin or Virginiamycin, effect of diet with 35.5mg/kgDM Monensin and 32mg/kgDM Virginiamycin is better than the others, there were no signfiicanlty difference inTVFA.(3) There were a increased the dairy cow Serum urea nitrogen and blood glucose, Serum lactic acid content was shown descent when diet was added with solo different levels of Monensin,Salinomycin and Virginiamycin; Serum kalium blood calcium were measured, the effects were no significantly influence.
